In this workshop you will learn to identify some of common yet hidden threats to our health and well-being and simple yet powerful steps to protect yourself and stay healthy.
Presenter: Julie Burns

She is former director of Bridging the Gap Interpreter Training Program and has trained thousands of interpreters. Her recent focus is on sharing her life-long passion for well-being to support translators and interpreters in reducing their stress levels and exposure to environmental threats so they can stay healthy and strong in today’s modern environment.
